Design Framework: Double Diamond

The Double Diamond framework, with its emphasis on divergent and convergent thinking, will guide our research and design process for ExtraPOS. This framework ensures a thorough exploration of the problem space before converging on the best solutions.

Research Goal

Understand the wins and pitfalls of our current ExtraPOS systems, including the POS system, ERP system, and ERP mobile app. This includes (but isn’t limited to) feature sets, design, metrics shown, and overall ease of use.

• Are we building the right features?
• Are they easy to understand?

Participation Criteria

This is for when we start interviewing more people:

• Cashiers using the POS system
• Store managers using the ERP system
• Supply chain personnel using the ERP mobile app
